Our Process

Discover our comprehensive process for delivering exceptional results

Step 01: Pre Screen

QMB is staffed with highly qualified technical evaluators who have extensive experience in the Middle East. When a client sends a representative, we typically pre-screen and line up three times the number of candidates required, unless otherwise specified by the client.

Step 02: Selection

QMB has a team of highly qualified technical staff capable of conducting worker selection on behalf of our clients. In fact, most of our clients prefer that we handle the selection process directly. QMB takes full responsibility for ensuring that each selected worker meets the required qualifications.

Step 03: Reports

At QMB, we prioritize clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process. Clients receive detailed weekly progress reports and benefit from a guaranteed 24-hour response time to all inquiries. Upon project completion, we provide a comprehensive final report covering visa and ticket utilization, applicant names, and deployment dates. Additionally, our automated cloud-based dashboard offers real-time access to recruitment data and status updates—anytime, anywhere.

Step 04: Probation

At QMB, we offer our clients the flexibility to place recruited workers on a three-month probation period. This allows ample time for clients to evaluate workers on-site and ensure they meet job expectations. If any worker selected by QMB is found to be unqualified or medically unfit during the probation period, QMB will take full responsibility for their repatriation—at no cost to the client. Please note: This guarantee does not apply to workers who were directly selected by the client.

Step 05: Orientation

At QMB, all workers are thoroughly briefed on local laws, Islamic values, and workplace conduct before deployment. We emphasize strict compliance, professionalism, and cultural respect to ensure smooth integration abroad. Workers are guided to avoid any misconduct and to uphold discipline in diverse, multinational environments. Each candidate formally commits to high standards of behavior, performance, and ethical responsibility.

Step 06: Deployment

QMB ensures timely and transparent communication regarding worker deployment. Flight schedules are shared with employers at least three days in advance, and any changes are immediately communicated. As part of our commitment to continuous feedback and coordination, we make sure our clients are always well-informed and prepared to receive their workers on time.

Step 07: Uniform & Safety Gears

QMB offers full support in procurement of uniforms, hand tools, safety gear, and other essential equipment on behalf of our clients. This ensures that workers are properly equipped and compliant with job site safety standards from day one.

Step 08: Briefing

Briefing is a vital component of our recruitment process and is conducted in two key stages to ensure candidates are fully prepared. The initial briefing takes place after selection and covers essential details such as salary, employment terms, working hours, accommodation, and medical benefits. Prior to deployment, a final briefing is conducted to reinforce key aspects including visa information, job responsibilities, workplace discipline, and professional behavior. This two-stage approach ensures that all candidates are well-informed, culturally aware, and fully equipped to meet the expectations of their roles.

Step 09: Complete File

Upon completion of all recruitment, briefing, and deployment procedures, QMB compiles a comprehensive final file for each project. This file includes all relevant documentation such as worker profiles, medical reports, visas, flight details, briefing acknowledgments, and any other necessary certifications. The complete file is then formally handed over to the client, providing them with a full record of the recruitment process and deployment status for their reference and compliance.
